Application for registration.—Every operator of a ropeway carrying on the operation of a ropeway shall make an application for registration to the Museum Board in Form III, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every art treasure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
