Application for registration.—Every contractor for a religious fair carrying on the conduct of a religious fair shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form B, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every lease of trust property held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
