Application for registration.—Every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application for registration to the Town Planning Authority in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of properties held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
