Surrender of certificate.—Every national sports federation who ceases to carry on the governance of a sport shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Disciplinary Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every anti-doping form held by him has been disposed of.
