Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the bailiff shall apply to the Bar Council in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Bar Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
