Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the unorganised worker shall apply to the Commissioner in Form 1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
