Surrender of certificate.—Every registrar to an issue who ceases to carry on the business of a registrar to an issue shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Depository in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every securities held by him has been disposed of.
