Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a dock who ceases to carry on the employment of dock workers shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector of Factories in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
