Intimation of change.—Every person resident in India shall intimate to the Development Commissioner, in Form SEZ-1 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Development Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
