Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a private security service in a cantonment who ceases to carry on the provision of security services in a cantonment shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cantonment Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every permit held by him has been disposed of.
