Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of an eating house who ceases to carry on the keeping of an eating house shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every permit held by him has been disposed of.
