Conditions of registration.—Every keeper of an eating house shall carry on the keeping of an eating house only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every printing machine in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such printing machine for inspection on request by the officer in charge of a police station, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
