Application for registration.—Every sub-tenant carrying on the sub-letting of premises shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form D, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every occupancy certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
