Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the deponent before a commission shall apply to the Registrar of the Commission in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Registrar of the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
