Conditions of registration.—Every holder of land in excess of the ceiling shall carry on the holding of land in excess of the ceiling only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every land revenue receipt in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such land revenue receipt for inspection on request by the Revenue Inspector, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
