Intimation of change.—Every publisher of proactive disclosures shall intimate to the Central Vigilance Commission, in Form D and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Vigilance Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
