Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of proactive disclosures shall apply to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the Central Vigilance Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within five days of the application.
