Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any author dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in Form TM-A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every geographical indication then held; and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
