Application for registration.—Every driving school carrying on the imparting of instruction in driving shall make an application for registration to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in Form 29, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every insurance certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
