Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Principal Inspecting Officer in the Housing Department, Government of Uttarakhand shall be by promotion, failing which by direct recruitment; the age limit for direct recruits shall be twenty-five years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a Master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised University.
