Surrender of certificate.—Every grazier on Government waste land who ceases to carry on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Land Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every land revenue receipt held by him has been disposed of.
