Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the grazier on Government waste land shall apply to the Land Tribunal in Form 7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Land Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
