Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a warehouse shall apply to the Market Committee in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Market Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
