Intimation of change.—Every sports agent shall intimate to the Sports Authority, in Form E and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sports Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
