Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee who ceases to carry on the holding of immovable property on lease shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Collector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every title deed held by him has been disposed of.
