Application for registration.—Every person executing an instrument carrying on the execution of instruments shall make an application for registration to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority in Form A, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every refund application held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
