Application for registration.—Every contractor for catering carrying on the provision of catering on a railway shall make an application for registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form E, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every siding held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
