Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for catering shall apply to the Railway Rates Tribunal in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Railway Rates Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
