Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for catering who ceases to carry on the provision of catering on a railway shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every fare held by him has been disposed of.
