Surrender of certificate.—Every establishment who ceases to carry on the running of an establishment shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controlling Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every claim held by him has been disposed of.
