Application for registration.—Every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall make an application for registration to the Authority for Advance Ruling in Form GST EWB-01, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
