Intimation of change.—Every exporter shall intimate to the Authority for Advance Ruling, in Form GST RFD-01 and within twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Authority for Advance Ruling shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
