Safe custody.—Every data processor shall keep every register of users to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the processing of personal data on behalf of a data fiduciary is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every register of users so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Certifying Authority within forty-five days of the close of each year.
