Safe custody.—Every social media intermediary shall keep every digital signature to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of a social media service is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every digital signature so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team within sixty days of the close of each year.
