Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor supplying employees who ceases to carry on the supply of employees to an establishment shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controlling Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
