Rule 16, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Records and Returns) Rules, 2016 [SF5-QRQ]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form II not less than one hundred and eighty days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees; and the Biodiversity Authority shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the owner of forest produce within one hundred and eighty days of the renewal.
