Intimation of change.—Every owner of forest produce shall intimate to the Biodiversity Authority, in Form VIII and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Biodiversity Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
