Fees.—The fee of ten thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Biodiversity Authority by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VIII; and the Biodiversity Authority shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
