Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensed marriage hall dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form VII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of births then held; and the Maintenance Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
