Application for registration.—Every licensed marriage hall carrying on the letting of premises for marriages shall make an application for registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form IV, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every inventory of the estate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
