Fees.—The fee of one hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 11; and the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within forty-five days of its receipt.
