Surrender of certificate.—Every civil defence volunteer who ceases to carry on service as a civil defence volunteer shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of shelters held by him has been disposed of.
