Intimation of change.—Every collector of a Panchayat tax shall intimate to the Zila Parishad, in Form 3 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Zila Parishad shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
