Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of a Panchayat tax who ceases to carry on the collection of Panchayat taxes shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Zila Parishad in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every building held by him has been disposed of.
