Application for registration.—Every collector of a Panchayat tax carrying on the collection of Panchayat taxes shall make an application for registration to the Zila Parishad in Form 4, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every work order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
