Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any collector of a Panchayat tax dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Zila Parishad in Form 4, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every ferry then held; and the Zila Parishad shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
