Periodical returns.—Every satellite communication operator shall furnish to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form C of the provision of satellite communication services carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
