Surrender of certificate.—Every satellite communication operator who ceases to carry on the provision of satellite communication services shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
