Safe custody.—Every training centre shall keep every certificate of disability to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a training centre is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every certificate of disability so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Rajasthan within thirty days of the close of each year.
