Application for registration.—Every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form II, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every roster held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
